With truffle season upon us, this winter you can experience a variety of flavours from the kitchen with a main focus on black truffle.  Sourced daily from The Truffle Farm right here in Canberra.

Chef Damian is considered a leading chef in the truffle industry both locally and abroad, drawing from years of experience using the prized black truffle.

This years OTIS Truffle Menu Collection has been created by award winning Chef Damian Brabender & Chef Adam Wilson.
